Glasgow Rangers

Glasgow Rangers are one of the oldest football clubs in the world, as well as being the most successful team in Scotland. We have worked with Glasgow Rangers to simplify their season ticket renewal process. The payment flow has been updated to enable ticket holders to quickly and easily renew their seats via a bespoke landing page. Purchases are then linked to the Rangers back of house ticket allocation system, making reconciliation simpler for the finance team at Rangers.

Hyundai

Emilie may be better-placed to give insight here as she was close to the project, but I believe it ticks the box of a high profile client! For Hyundai we developed a management system to unify the view of payments across multiple parts of their business in France. This tool supported Hyundai's launch of a new car service subscription model. It also provides aggregate reporting and management for the Hyundai team, enabling them to deal with customer queries whilst also monitoring business performance.

Wenabi

Wenabi is a solidarity engagement platform. It allows companies to enable gifting and volunteering from their employees for a wide range of charitable causes. We worked with Wenabi to rethink how donations are handled on site. As a business operating around the globe, special consideration was given to handling things like currency conversion and foreign exchange costs. Utilising Stripe's Connect product, we designed a flow which makes management of payment flows simpler for the Wenabi team, with donations automatically flowing to charitable organisations, reducing the admin overhead for the Wenabi team.

Crowdcube

Crowdcube is a British investment crowdfunding platform. We worked with them to optimise their payment handling flow to support Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements. The adaptation of their payment flow ensured that they continued to offer a clean and effective payment process, while complying with the latest payment directives.
